Hello friends. This is a Let’s Play video of “Forsaken Lands” playtest version. Step into a co-op roguelite deckbuilder where courage and strategy define your fate! Unite a team of brave heroes, explore the Forsaken Lands, craft powerful decks, battle strange creatures, and challenge the gods themselves.
Lunisky Studio’s Forsaken Lands does something the roguelite deckbuilder genre desperately needs more of – it lets you bring your friends along for the ride. Leading a squad of three unique heroes, each packing their own dedicated deck of 50+ cards, distinct abilities, and individual progression paths, players descend into a myth-soaked world of shadowy forests and ancient ruins to hunt a Great Necromancer and ultimately challenge the gods themselves across two distinct modes: a narrative-driven Story Mode with unique campaigns for each hero trio, and a procedurally generated Dreams Mode that reshuffles encounters, battle modifiers, and events for endless replayability. The real standout here is the online co-op for up to three players, turning what’s typically a solitary card-slinging affair into a coordinated tactical experience where covering each other’s weaknesses and combining hero strengths across 1-1.5 hour sessions makes every run feel like a proper tabletop adventure night with friends. With six heroes at launch, 30+ shared neutral cards on top of each hero’s deep personal pool, and a world rich with lore, events, and escalating boss encounters, Forsaken Lands is positioned to fill the gap for anyone who’s ever wished Slay the Spire had a second chair at the table.
