Dice Have No Eyes: Balatro Meets Inscryption in a Dice-Rolling Fever Dream (Demo Gameplay)

Hello friends. This is a Let’s Play video of “Dice Have No Eyes” demo version. ★ Surreal dice-rolling roguelike about luck and greed ★ Feed your dice dumplings, collect game bending trinkets, roll too much and lose it all. Or get lucky, unlock King Fetus, meet God and you might just wake up.

Anyone who has spent a weekend bullying their friends across a Can’t Stop board, then a second weekend reorganising their entire life around Balatro, will recognise the exact frequency that Dice Have No Eyes is tuned to. Built by two devs, Franek and Max Cahill, it markets itself as a “surreal dice-rolling Balatro-like fever dream about greed management”, and that is honestly the most accurate marketing pitch I have read all year. Every roll could double your score, every roll could bust the run entirely, and every cleared level lets you swap dice, snap up trinkets, and discover the kind of broken synergy that turns a tidy little hand into a points avalanche. There are 100-plus trinkets, 40-plus spells and snacks, magic dice effects, five companions, an in-house RNG layer they have charmingly named the God n’ Fate engine, and an unfolding meta-narrative that involves feeding your dice dumplings, befriending King Fetus, and eventually meeting whatever passes for divinity in this pixel-art unconscious. Coming soon to Early Access with a planned six-month run, this is the kind of psychedelic indie that the discovery queue exists specifically to surface. Push-your-luck design has rarely felt this knowingly unhinged.
